The doo lever and spring is the same on the parts list as the 2018 and earlier, so the Eagle doo and torsion spring upgrade will still be of benefit to your KLR engine.
The cooling system still has the same thermostat and design as the earlier engine, so the ThermoBob will help your engine live longer.
The countershaft sprocket is the same as the late 1996 through 2018, so we'll be able to use the 14 though 17 tooth models currently available if the chain and swingarm has the same room for adjustment.
